Jay Morgan Honored with Prestigious Georgia 4-H Green Jacket Award

Jay Morgan was awarded the prestigious Georgia 4-H Green Jacket for his outstanding support of 4-H. The award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding, significant, and ongoing statewide support to 4-H. Morgan, a former Talbot County 4-H'er and successful public affairs consultant, has been involved with Georgia 4-H for over 40 years, serving as a trustee, chairman, volunteer, and advocate.
